Passiv Haus scores 1.63 air test result

An air test on a recently constructed Eco House in Herefordshire by local builders GP Thomas & Son Ltd. The house is a complicated design and doesn't lend itself to high levels of air tightness, so 1.63Q50 is a very respectable result, reflecting the quality of the construction all round. The house had a prelimenary air test at membrane stage by buildingregsairtest, which set out guidelines for the achieving the impressive final result.

More Passiv Haus tests coming up soon.
